Al-Ghad Foundation conducted two art workshops on macramé and candle making on Wednesday and Thursday, 06/09/2023 and 07/09/2023, at the 6th of October Office. The workshops targeted women aged between 15 and 40 years.

The sessions were divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. The theoretical part introduced the basics of candle and macramé making, the required raw materials, and where to source them. The practical part allowed participants to apply what they learned with the support of trainers.

At the end of the workshops, each participant kept her handmade products as a gift. The sessions reflected strong engagement and enthusiasm for learning useful craft skills that can support small-scale home-based income generation.
