"Session for Controlling Destructive Anger"
Controlling Destructive Anger
Isn’t that an intriguing title?
We all experience bouts of anger that can sometimes lead to real consequences, causing us to take it out on someone whose only “fault” was being near us when our anger erupted.
Anger is essentially repressed emotion that we haven’t expressed at the moment we felt it—whether it was anxiety, panic, or stress.
During this session, we coordinated with Ms. Areej to allow the women present to share their feelings of anger. They were also provided with techniques to manage and release their anger.
After the session, we shared a breakfast prepared by the office staff with some of the participants.
